1:1 INITIAL HEALTH
PACKAGE
4 months
The Initial Health Package is a 4 month one-on-one private coaching experience. This introductory series includes an in-depth intake session where I learn about your health history, overall wellbeing, imbalances, health goals, and current state of mind. After your first session, you’ll feel seen, heard, validated, and hopeful knowing there’s a path forward. Receive a comprehensive written plan with suggestions to begin implementing right away. Additional one-on-one health coaching sessions are included, tailored to your wellness goals, to ensure you’re headed on the right path.
1:1 WELLNESS
INTEGRATION
PACKAGE
9 months
Following the Initial Health Package, the Wellness Integration Package keeps you moving forward in your healing through private one-on-one health coaching sessions over a period of 9 months. I’ll stand alongside you offering accountability and support as you execute and integrate your wellness goals. Together, we’ll celebrate your successes and I’ll help you overcome any challenges you face along the way.
1:1 ADVANCED VIP PACKAGE
12 months
For those who have completed the Initial Health Package and Wellness Integration Package, the Advanced VIP Package includes private one-on-one health coaching sessions, plus 2 seasonally designed cleanses and a yearly mindfulness reset to leave you with more sustained energy and balance. I'll celebrate your successes and offer accountability and support as you navigate life. I'll continue to help you overcome any challenges you face along the way.

How is an Ayurvedic cleanse different?Ayurveda regards food and lifestyle practices as medicine, and cleansing as a time of nurturing. During a seasonal cleanse, Ayurveda utilizes gentle detoxification as well as nourishment in order to provide both rest and rejuvenation.

How often should I do an Ayurvedic cleanse?Ayurveda cleansing occurs twice a year, at the start of Spring and Fall, in order to clear stagnation, balance your digestion, sleep, energy levels, and enhance your overall longevity.
